The ICYM and YCS Youth Wing of Pamboor Parish, dressed up in traditional attire celebrated YUVA SAMBRAM on 1 December2024 at 6pm in the church ground. The programme began with a Prayer Song. The dignitaries on stage were Rev.Fr. Paul Rego- Dean of Kundapur Deanery as the Chief Guest, Rev.Fr.Henry Mascarenhas- Director and Parish Priest , Mrs Asuntha Dsouza Vice President and Mr Tony Monis Secretary of the Parish Pastoral Council, Mrs Violet Castelino Coordinator of Pastoral Comissions, Animators: Mr Arun Noronha and Mrs Florine Saldanah of ICYM, Mrs Priya Dsouza of YCS, CA Evan Jude Dsouza ICYM President of Shirva ward, Mr Clarence Danthis President of ICYM and Ms Samantha Monis  Secretary of ICYM, Mr Alston Dsouza President of YCS.

Mr Clarence Danthis welcomed everybody. Fr.Paul Rego spoke encouraging the youth to develop self confidence and achieve greater heights, to dream big and become successful. Fr. Henry Mascarenhas thanked the youth for their support and the enthusiasm they show in all church activities. He wished them for their future. On account of Children’s Day ICYM had conducted sports and games for children from grade 1-10 and Fancy Dress Competition, the winners in these competitions were felicitated and others were given consolation prizes. Ms Samantha Monis proposed the Vote of Thanks. The Emcee of the formal stage programme was Sweeny Dsouza.

The youth staged an entertainment program by showcasing their talents through dance, drama and singing. On the spot games and lucky game were also conducted.
