Nativity Feast is celebrated on 8 September every year. It is observed as the birthday of Blessed Virgin Mary. On this the newly harvested paddy is also blessed and consumed by all the family members.

The Ceremony began at 7:30 AM with the blessing of the newly harvested paddy and near the church grotto. Our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Henry Mascarenhas led the prayer service. The newly harvested paddy was taken in procession to the church by the gurkaars from 14 wards. Children offered flowers to Mother Mary during the procession. The ceremony continued with the Eucharistic celebration at church. The liturgy was led by the children studying in class 5 to 10.

"Khursaacho Taalo'' september issue was released by our parish priest along with vice president & secretary of parish council Mrs. Asuntha Dsouza and Mr. Tony Monis. Co ordinator of 18 commissions Mrs. Clara Menezes, Editor of the magazine Mr. Wilfred Pinto were present. The parishioners who helped with contribution for sweets during Novena, festival celebration were felicitated. The gurkaars distributed the newly harvested paddy to parishioners.
